A single session, when you need it
Sometimes you just need 60 minutes to say it all out loud. No commitment, no follow-up pressure. Come once, come whenever. This is your pressure valve.
Your person, your place, every month
Two sessions a month, every month. This is where real clarity builds — when you have a consistent space and someone who holds your story over time. Your space, held just for you.
Choose your format — online or in person. Pick a time that works. That's it. No intake forms, no questionnaires to fill out before you arrive.
"What's been heaviest for you lately?" Then you talk. For as long as you need. There's no agenda, no structure, no clock being watched nervously.
Active listening. Real presence. What you share is reflected back, not dissected. You'll find yourself untangling things you didn't even know were knotted.
Not fixed. Not with a to-do list. Just lighter. Clearer. Reminded that your thoughts and feelings make sense, and that you matter enough to take up space.
