The Talk Space

You don't need
fixing.
You need to be
heard.

A private space for women to speak freely, without judgment, without agenda — and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

A quiet, light-filled space

"I just need someone to talk to — really talk — without them trying to fix me or tell me what to do."

Every woman, eventually

You carry so much.
For everyone.

  • Exhausted but can't explain why
  • Holding it all together, quietly falling apart
  • Surrounded by people, yet deeply lonely
  • Somewhere in the middle of everything, you got lost
  • Too much going on to even know where to start

Somewhere between the school runs and the deadlines, the caregiving and the keeping-it-together, you stopped being asked how you are.

And even when someone does ask — there isn't the time, or the space, or the right person to really hear the answer.

The Talk Space is that space. Nothing more, nothing less. Just room to breathe, speak, and be genuinely heard.

Not

Therapy

No diagnosis, no clinical framework, no treatment plan. Just a human conversation.

Not

Coaching

No goals, no action steps, no homework. You don't need to perform or produce anything here.

Not

Counselling

No advice unless you ask for it. No steering you toward a particular outcome.

The Talk Space is simply a place to talk. To say the things out loud that have been circling in your head. To be listened to — fully, quietly, without interruption or agenda.

01 One-off

What actually happens
01

You book a session

Choose your format — online or in person. Pick a time that works. That's it. No intake forms, no questionnaires to fill out before you arrive.

02

You arrive, and we begin with one question

"What's been heaviest for you lately?" Then you talk. For as long as you need. There's no agenda, no structure, no clock being watched nervously.

03

You are heard — properly

Active listening. Real presence. What you share is reflected back, not dissected. You'll find yourself untangling things you didn't even know were knotted.

04

You leave lighter

Not fixed. Not with a to-do list. Just lighter. Clearer. Reminded that your thoughts and feelings make sense, and that you matter enough to take up space.

I didn't arrive here in a straight line. I arrived here from rippling real life.

I've sat in glass-walled offices in London's banking world. I've photographed weddings and learned to hold space for people on the most emotional days of their lives. I've worked with executives and creative artists. I've built two businesses from home while raising two beautiful daughters, overseeing homework and after-school chaos, managing a house build, and still somehow keeping everything running.

I've worked at a tech startup as content creator, cold-caller, and more. I've worked remotely in a systems capacity with courses designed to support burnt-out health professionals — people who spend their lives holding space for others, and quietly fall apart themselves. I've run weekly meditation groups online, been class parent more times than I can count, and navigated more transitions than I ever planned for.

What that gave me isn't a tidy CV. It's fluency. I speak corporate and creative, burnout and ambition, motherhood and identity loss, the quiet grief of the in-between. I've lived in enough of those rooms to understand what it feels like when no one in your life really gets it.

I've also needed a Talk Space myself. I know what it is to hold it all together while quietly unravelling. And I've seen first-hand the profound relief that comes — for medical professionals, for mothers, for women who do everything for everyone — from simply being heard. Properly heard. By another human.

That's why this exists. Not to fix anyone. Just to be the space that most of us never quite get. I believe — deeply — that talking can untangle some of the internal spaghetti. The stuff you didn't even know was knotted until you start to speak it out loud.

"It's quite an effing career, actually — one that means I can speak many languages, walk in many shoes, and genuinely get it."

As a youngest child, I am deeply familiar with not having all the answers 😉 — so I won't be handing you solutions. What I will do is hold the space, ask the quiet questions, and let you talk until something shifts.

And for what it's worth — I'm a human. AI might have faster answers, but there's something quietly powerful about sharing a pocket of time with a fellow human. Someone who's also in it. Someone who genuinely wants to hear you.

A note of transparency The Talk Space is a space for conversation and human connection — not a substitute for professional mental health support. If what you're carrying feels bigger than a conversation can hold, I will always gently point you toward the appropriate professional support. Your wellbeing comes first.
